We are growing across South Carolina, and we are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our [Practice] team. If you have ever felt rushed through patient visits, pressured to chase production, or limited by what an insurance company would approve, this is going to feel different.

What you will own

• The patient hour. Time is the most precious resource in dentistry, and we have built our schedule around it. Hour appointments are the norm, not the exception. You leave the office on time because the schedule is built for clinical excellence, not volume.
• The clinical work. Comprehensive exams and oral cancer screenings, preventive care, perio programs, soft tissue management, patient education, and the oral-systemic conversation. You work alongside doctors who trust your judgment and value your clinical opinion.
• The relationship. You become a known face, a trusted voice, and often the reason they keep coming back.
• Your growth. We invest in your continuing education through Spear Education and ongoing CE opportunities. Better hygienists make better outcomes, and we expect you to keep learning.

Who we are looking for

• Active RDH licensure in South Carolina (new graduates welcome)
• Current CPR certification
• Clinical proficiency with adult and pediatric prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, soft tissue management, fluoride and sealant placement, intraoral and panoramic radiographs, and oral cancer screenings (training provided where needed)
• A genuine service orientation and a relationship-first approach to patient care
• A desire to keep learning, growing, and contributing to the team
• Comfort working alongside doctors who treat you as a clinical partner, not a technician
