Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Modern Mazda of Burlington is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized F&I Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering a best-in-class customer experience, helping customers understand their financing options, protection products, and other available after-sale products and services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional F&I experience while helping customers understand available financing, protection products, extended service contracts, and other aftermarket products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with finance sources, including manufacturer-affiliated lenders.
• Clearly explain manufacturer and dealership finance, service, and warranty policies and procedures.
• Manage relationships with alternative finance sources to ensure customers have access to multiple financing options.
• Develop and manage processes designed to achieve 100% turnover to the F&I Department.
• Partner closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Provide ongoing training and education to the sales team regarding current finance and lease programs.
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
• Contribute to dealership volume, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall F&I performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience.
• A proven track record of improving volume, market share, and profitability.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• A customer-first mindset and a genuine commitment to treating customers and employees with respect.
• An unwavering commitment to ethical and compliant business practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A stable work history and demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced dealership environment.
