Our Health Coaches utilize advanced tools and data to deliver personalized coaching across fitness, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and supplementation. 

Position Overview
The Health Coach plays a vital role in guiding clients through transformative wellness journeys. This position is responsible for driving measurable client results, engagement, and retention by delivering structured, personalized programs and consistent accountability. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing consultations to understand client goals and build personalized wellness plans
• Develop programs for exercise, nutrition, habits, and supplementation using company systems
• Perform and review body composition scans to track progress and adjust plans
• Coach clients toward long-term behavior change using goal setting and accountability strategies
• Maintain consistent communication through weekly check-ins and app-based engagement
• Educate clients on services, supplements, and overall wellness strategies
• Convert consultations into memberships through a consultative, relationship-based approach
• Participate in community outreach events to generate leads and grow the client base
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety and privacy standards
• Collaborate with team members, attend daily huddles, and contribute to center goals

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable with coaching, education, and consultative sales
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple technology platforms
• Previous coaching, fitness, wellness, or sales experience preferred
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus
