This individual will also assist machine operators and welders with assigned tasks to complete the fabrication of materials.What a typical day looks like:Cut material in preparation for fabrication or processingChip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipmentAssist machine operators (press brake, punch press, and laser) with loading and unloading items from the machinesAssist welders with structural welds by holding materials in placeTransfer raw materials, finished products, tools, or equipment between work areas on the production floor using powered equipment (ex. Forklifts)Maintain a clean and safe work areaComplete other related duties as assignedThe experience we're looking to add to our team:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years' experience in a related capacityStrong attention to detail and ability to perform work accuratelyBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurementsBasic understanding of tools (ex.
