Make a meaningful impact in the school community as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year, located near Omaha, NE. With multiple roles available, you'll have the flexible opportunity to work with a supportive team, shaping students’ communication skills from August 20, 2026, through May 27, 2027.

Enjoy a manageable caseload of around 50 students, with the advantage of tailoring your caseload to your preferred age group and population—thanks to several openings. Whether your expertise is in early childhood, elementary, or secondary levels, there’s a place for your specialized skills.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Nebraska
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Competence in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to supporting students’ progress and participating in ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to individualized plans
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify needs and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with all school and state guidelines
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student growth
