MercyOne North Iowa Cancer Center – Advanced Practice Provider (Oncology) Overview: Join a collegial team of 3 Hematology Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in a busy outpatient practice with instant volume. The practice offers a 4.5‑day work week, no on‑call duties, and a reasonable patient load to support work‑life balance. Responsibilities Perform bone marrow biopsies and aspirate procedures. See patients on active treatment. Conduct patient follow‑up appointments. Participate in weekly tumor boards with on‑site specialists. Qualifications Graduate of a Master of Nursing program or a CAHEA‑approved Physician Assistant training program. Successful completion of certification and current licensure in Iowa as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant. Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate. Ability to obtain MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center staff privileges. Above average communication skills and teamwork ability. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $114,121 (0‑2 years); $118,876 (2+ years) plus production incentive. $10,000 starting bonus.
