Job SummaryWe are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers in Cedar Creek, Texas, USA to support a variety of construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow directions, and are committed to maintaining safe and productive job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades personnel as directed (carpenters, electricians, equipment operators, technicians, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions
- Support daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are met
- Previous construction experience. (1 year)
- Experience working with materials (concrete, soil, asphalt)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a DISA drug test
- Must be open to overtime work
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Travel may be required depending on project location
- Overtime may be available based on project needs
