MTC has an impressive track record of working with our clients to manage their non-emergency medical transportation needs. We are expanding our Henderson, Nevada home base area. We're industry leaders in every aspect, but from an employee perspective, we are the only company utilizing a 2-person stretcher team, and the Stryker Power LOAD System to eliminate injuries and increase team member and patient safety.Minimum Requirements:Seeking dependable individuals to work full-time.Must be at least 22 years of age.Valid State driver’s license.Ability to drive large vans over an 8-hour plus shift in a safe and professional manner.Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages.Must have good customer service skills and the ability to interact with patients, facility staff and other employees.Ability to work varied days and shifts, including day, swing, and graveyard. Our company is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.Must have CPR certification or be able to obtain within 30 days.Must pass DOT drug, DOT Physical & background checks.High School Diploma or equivalent.Must be capable of lifting minimum of 75+ poundsDuties included but not limited to:Assist with transferring patients from home to facility, facility to facility, or facility to home.Follow directions and the ability to read and use map software accurately.Perform all related duties as assigned, including transporting patients in a safe and professional manner.Communicates with dispatch to receive relevant data and instructions.
