As a server at The PIZZERIA, you're more than just an order taker-you're the heart of the guest experience. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves engaging with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Your role is key in creating a welcoming, fun, and memorable dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

What We're Looking For:

• A people person who can make every guest feel like family.
• Strong multitasking skills-taking orders, running food, and keeping the dining area flowing seamlessly.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to create unforgettable experiences.
• Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus but not required.
• A team player who communicates effectively with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Someone who stays cool under pressure and keeps a positive attitude, even during busy shifts.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly in a high-energy setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• We are hiring for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
• Take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, and deliver food with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to create a top-tier dining experience.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service.
• Handle payments and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is 11.35 plus tips
