Physician-Only Group | $600K–$800K | Partnership Track | Up to 10 Weeks Vacation

A physician-only anesthesia group on California's Central Coast is adding to a team of 33. What This Role Offers

• Full-scope practice covering bread-and-butter, ortho, vascular, GI, cardiac, and trauma across hospitals and ASCs
• 40-hour workweeks with 1 weekday and 1 weekend call per month, often from home
• $600,000 to $800,000 annually plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to 10 weeks of vacation
• Two-year partnership track with a physician-owned group

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• MD or DO with a valid U.S. medical license
• Comfortable with OB, central lines, and regional blocks; training available
