Abbott seeks a Clinical Specialist for Cardiac Rhythm Management in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to provide technical, clinical, and educational support on cardiac rhythm products to physicians and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business for cardiac rhythm products
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, and sales staff on technical and clinical matters
• Develop and lead training sessions and educational programs for healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain credible business relationships with customers while demonstrating product expertise
• Provide backup support to cardiac rhythm sales representatives and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related healthcare field
• Minimum 2+ years related experience or accredited cardiac training program certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac electrophysiology procedures
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and cath lab/operating room protocols
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent presentation and analytical skills
• Extensive Microsoft Office and personal computer proficiency for documentation and materials
• Ability to obtain certification in cardiac rhythm management products

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
