Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm rotating weekends required Guaranteed 40 hours per week 6.5 visits per day Home health physical therapy setting EMR: Home Care Home Base (HCHB) SOC, recertifications, ROC, evaluations, and daily visits Common diagnoses CHF, orthopedic conditions, pneumonia 13-week assignment We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7 Per week (based on a 40-hour week).
