Oversee and nurture a diverse portfolio of insurance accounts while seeking out new opportunities for growth.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with local businesses and families to serve as their primary point of contact for risk management.

Mentor junior staff members, sharing your industry wisdom to help them grow and succeed within our agency.

Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our outreach strategies and improve our community engagement.

Review and analyze client needs to ensure they receive the most accurate and comprehensive coverage options available.

Maintain an active presence in the Harrisburg community to represent The Atlantic District with integrity and care.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Five or more years of experience in high-level insurance sales or agency management.

Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.

Strong background in building and maintaining productive client portfolios.

Fluency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking software.

History of effective team leadership and professional mentorship.
