Job Description As part of a fast‑paced, dynamic sales team, you will develop relationships with our customers and ensure that each customer’s needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. Job Responsibilities Build customer confidence, provide accurate information, and promote products through a point of successful sale. Establish professional, personalized rapport with each customer to close sales and provide the best customer experience. Provide customer service by completing customer requests and/or resolving issues in a timely manner. Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Make storewide announcements over the public address system. Handle layaway storage, maintain records, receive payments, and release merchandise. Job Requirements Prior retail and/or customer service experience. Ability and desire to work well with the public, management, and coworkers. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management. Basic math skills. Ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS register and Telxon system. Available to work varied days and hours, including evenings and weekends, as the work schedule requires.
