Job Title: Lab Technician Operations - Central Weigh

Location: Branchburg, NJ 08876

Shift: Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11:30 PM (2nd shift)

Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2 Max (includes shift differential)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a  Lab Tech Ops – Central Weigh professional to support raw material weighing, dispensing, inventory management, and warehouse operations in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh and dispense raw materials according to SOPs and batch records.
• Accurately document materials, methods, and results.
• Perform SAP inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory.
• Manage workload and priorities based on business and customer needs.
• Follow cGMP, cGDP, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Maintain clean, compliant work areas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, or laboratory operations is a plus.
• Basic MS Word and Excel skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under cGMP guidelines.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. daily.
