Clinical Marketing Liaison (RN, LVN, PT, OT, SLP, RT) *$5,000 Sign-On Bonus*

Overview The Clinical Liaison evaluates patients to determine whether they meet admissions criteria, prepares development plans, conducts outreach calls, and presents opportunities to potential referral sources. The role supports our Austin, TX territory and includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities Conduct timely pre‑admission patient evaluations. Develop, implement, evaluate, and refine territory sales plans based on data, market trends, and facility needs. Maintain assigned sales territory and client profiles. Coordinate marketing and public relations activities, including conferences, exhibits, seminars, advertising, media relations, and government relations. Track sales activity and ensure compliance with company standards. Participate in program development initiatives as assigned. Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by assessing risks and implementing appropriate precautions. Comply with infection prevention standards and maintain regular attendance per the work schedule. Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned to support organizational effectiveness. Minimum Job Requirements Education & Experience: Minimum 3years of healthcare experience; healthcare sales experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred). Must maintain a valid, acceptable driving record and current driver’s license. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement that impact hospital operations. Highest degree of customer service and professionalism. General computer skills including data entry, word processing, e‑mail, and record management. Excellent organizational, time‑management, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and complete complex tasks independently while maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work closely and professionally at all organizational levels.
