Leasing Agent Opportunity in LubbockProperty in Lubbock is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community.Responsibilities:Conduct property tours to future residents and visitorsUse and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenueBuild relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renewGenerate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through emailProvide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospectsDevelop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current marketRequirements:Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments requiredAnswering a busy switchboardExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitudeRealpage OnesiteOur Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
