Location: Oviedo, FL
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a full-time, in-clinic position (9 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday). This role involves working one-on-one with clients in a structured setting under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under BCBA guidance
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress
- Monitor client schedules to ensure behavioral needs are met
- Collaborate with team members and participate in required meetings, supervision, and training
- Assist BCBAs in evaluating intervention effectiveness
- Maintain compliance with all administrative and clinical documentation requirements
- Stay updated on evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from BACB
- Florida Medicaid number required
- At least two years of experience in the field (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Oviedo, FL
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule & Location
- Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
- In-person position at 901 Clark Street, Oviedo, FL 32765
