Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood insights, helping clients make informed decisions. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License in the state of Texas. 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Proficient in using real estate technology and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
