A Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available in Los Lunas, NM, offering a contract-to-hire position with a 13-week initial duration. This role supports a 315-bed facility and provides a dynamic environment for pharmacists experienced in inpatient clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders within an inpatient hospital setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Provide clinical drug information and education to medical staff.
• Participate in medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medication management and hospital pharmacy operations.

Schedule:

• Shift begins at 4:30 PM.
• Work 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift.
• Rotating weekends are required.
