Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiting team for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and support them throughout the hiring process
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant management system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and successful hires originating from your leads
