*Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role — local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.*

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working outdoors, and are passionate about helping homeowners protect and improve their properties.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 (W2 position)
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- Average Earnings: $100,000+ annually
