Position Description: Palette 22 is where food, art, and fun collide to create an unforgettable experience. Our vibrant Shirlington restaurant blends globally inspired small plates with a gallery-like atmosphere that celebrates creativity at every turn.Step into a world where flavors meet artistry. Feel free to chat with our in-house artists about their work—every piece is available for purchase, making your visit as inspiring as it is delicious.The prep cook position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Ada’s on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Café Tu Tu Tango, Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Theismann’s, The Royal, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge. Position Responsibilities: Adhere to recipes and proper preparation.?Maintain strict adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures.Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.Ensure a safe work environment in the Back of House to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.
