UnifyCX is growing and we are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our motivated and ambitious work from home team. Pay and perks:

• Wage: $15.00/hour
• Conveniently work from the comfort of your home!
• Full time position.
• Hours: Monday Friday 7AM - 7PM CST all schedules will fall between these times.

This position will be work from home; however, you must reside in San Antonio, TX area to be considered.

What Will You Do?

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will positively impact our customers' experience while assisting them with home appliance warranties. In this position, you will:

• Anticipate future needs of the customer and use consultative approach with extended service plans.
• Conveying exceptional customer service on every call.
• Consistently portray the core values of the brand in every customer interaction.
• Exhibit critical thinking to ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

• Requires a good work history with favorable work references and excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Undergo a full background as well as drug screenings per company policy.
• Ability to use a personal computer and knowledge of Windows based software.
• Typing skills of at least 30 WPM.
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience is required.
