Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead UI/UX and Product Design initiatives from discovery and user research through final design

and delivery.

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction patterns.

Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

Conduct user research and translate user/business requirements into effective design solutions.

Design experiences for complex enterprise applications and digital products.

Ensure designs follow accessibility and WCAG standards.

Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other

cross-functional teams.

Work with engineering teams and demonstrate an understanding of front-end development

concepts, including React.

Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design research, ideation, prototyping, content

generation, and design iteration.

Contribute to continuous improvement of UX standards, processes, and design practices within

the UI/UX Center of Excellence.

Present design concepts and effectively communicate design decisions to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

6 10 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product/UX design work.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

Strong experience in:

User research

Information architecture

Wireframing and prototyping

Design systems

Interaction design

Accessibility / WCAG

Enterprise UX/Product Design

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience collaborating closely with engineering/development teams.

Understanding of front-end development concepts, preferably React.

Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.

AI / Emerging Technology Skills

Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools is strongly preferred, such as:

Cursor

Claude

GitHub Copilot

Figma AI

Similar AI-assisted design, research, prototyping, or development tools

The candidate should demonstrate an ability to incorporate AI into their existing design workflow to

improve speed, quality, ideation, and productivity
