UX/UI Designer

This is a remote position. Part-time to Start (Potential to transition to Full-Time) 4 hours/day | Mon-Fri | WFH | EST About the Role: We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs. You will collaborate with the team to design and enhance web and mobile experiences that align with business goals and delight users. Key Responsibilities: Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research to inform design decisions. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine design concepts. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and UX best practices. Test and iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Strong understanding of UX principles and design systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality. Nice to Have: Experience with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS). Familiarity with accessibility standards. Motion graphics or animation skills.
