Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Specialist (OT SNF) in Oklahoma. This position involves providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders within a skilled nursing facility setting. The role requires supervision and collaboration with an Occupational Therapist to support patient progress and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure/registration as an Occupational Therapist Assistant, COTA license, and a minimum of 1 year of OTA experience with long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Additional Information: Provides consultation and communication with patients, families, caregivers, and other health care providers regarding cognitive and physical disorders. Participates in meetings such as patient care reviews and rehabilitation conferences. Supports supervision of students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist. Adheres to practice acts, ethics, and professional conduct as defined by governing bodies.
