$68,000 $125,000+ Per Year

YOUR ROLE

Greet customers promptly and professionally

Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs

Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians

Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Review completed repairs and ensure complete customer satisfaction

Promote maintenance services and manufacturer recommendations

Maintain accurate repair orders and dealership documentation

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong sales and relationship-building abilities

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Computer proficiency with dealership management systems

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Professional appearance and positive attitude

High school diploma or GED required

Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
