Associate Tech

Adecco is hiring for an Associate Tech in Kearny Mesa! This is a temp to hire opportunity offering valuable hands-on manufacturing experience and an opportunity to grow your career.

What will you be doing as an Associate Tech?

Responsibilities include:

• Coating, Finishing, and Surfacing Support: Assist across departments with clipping, machine operation, tinting, beveling, and lens washing to support production.

• Equipment Operation & Setup: Operate coating, edging, blocking, and polishing machines; load chemicals and prepare lenses for processing.

• Lens Preparation & Assembly: Block, tape, mark alignment, and mount lenses into frames to ensure proper fit and quality.

• Quality Inspection & Assurance: Inspect lenses throughout all stages to ensure they meet optical and cosmetic standards.

• 1+ year of related experience (manufacturing preferred; lab experience a plus)

• Strong manual dexterity and depth perception

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Details: $19.25 per hour
