Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Keep Production Running at Peak Performance We’re seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair printing presses, laminators, slitters, and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting advanced equipment, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Maintain motors, pumps, heaters, coolers, and automated equipment Read and interpret wiring schematics and technical drawings Perform and document preventive maintenance Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards Maintain accurate service and repair records What You Bring: Preferred associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience Preferred manufacturing experience (flexible packaging or food & beverage) Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, 3-phase motors, control wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics Experience with Uteco, DCM ATN, Bielloni, or Nordmeccanica equipment is a PLUS!!
