Profession Equipment Operator – City: Washington, United States We are currently seeking an entry‑level Equipment Operator to join our team in Washington. As an Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the construction industry. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders and graders. Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Complete projects within scheduled timelines. Communicate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Physically fit and able to operate heavy equipment for long periods of time. Experience in construction or operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required. Compensation Salary: Starting salary for this position is $1,100 per month. Salary may increase based on experience and performance. Additional Information Visa Sponsorship: We are willing to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
