Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in a Medical Surgical setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence across rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active PA or Compact nursing license.
• Possess at least one year of recent Medical Surgical nurse experience.
• Maintain current AHA certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS as required).
• Be willing to float within the hospital as needed.
• Complete necessary compliance requirements within designated timeframes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
