Quality Engineering Manager FREMONT AREA, CA — 100% onsiteSalary Range:$130,000–$150,000Employment Type: Full-timeKey Requirements:Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.Minimum 3 years of quality leadership or management experience.Strong hands-on experience with **PCBA and Box Build manufacturingProven customer-facing quality management experience, including customer escalations, audits, and complaint resolution.Strong expertise in root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and corrective action programsExperience supporting SMT, Through-Hole, Functional Test, Final Inspection, and NPI processesKnowledge of quality systems and compliance, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949.Experience driving continuous improvement, defect reduction, yield improvement, and reducing scrap/reworkDemonstrated ability to lead and develop quality engineering teamsPreferred: ASQ CQE/CQM certification, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711/7721.Ideal Candidate: A hands-on quality leader from an EMS/PCBA manufacturing environment who can manage customer quality, lead a quality engineering team, and drive measurable improvements in manufacturing quality and customer satisfaction.
