Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Crew Lead to oversee daily operations for our landscaping team in Mobile, AL. This role is responsible for leading a crew, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining efficient project execution across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in an outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2–5 landscapers on job sites
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, edging, planting, pruning, and installations
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, and material needs
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

This is a Contract position based out of Mobile, AL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mobile,AL.
