Your Role as Team Leader:

1. Coach, mentor, and lead a team of real estate agents toward increased productivity and sustained success.
2. Guide agents in converting leads and closing deals effectively through consistent, hands-on training and one-on-one support.
3. Actively participate in recruiting top talent and expanding our local market presence.
4. Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven, and highly service-oriented team culture.
5. Lead from the front by maintaining your own production and upholding the highest client service standards.

What You Bring:

1. Active License Experience: A valid Florida Real Estate License and 3+ years of highly successful residential sales experience
2. Leadership Background: A proven track record in leadership, mentoring, or team management within a brokerage or real estate team setting.
3. Growth Mindset: A genuine passion for developing others, complex problem-solving, and scaling businesses.
4. Tech-Savvy: High proficiency and comfort using modern real estate tools, including CRMs, digital contracts, and marketing platforms.
