Responsibilities Ensure Safety and Comfort: Provide personalized care with a focus on safety and comfort. Perform Comprehensive Care: Assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules. Offer Welcoming Presence: Create a warm atmosphere by receiving and escorting visitors. Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to residents, families, and colleagues. Manage Medications Precisely: Administer medications safely and accurately. Maintain Infection Control: Follow protocols for a clean and safe environment. Report Changes Promptly: Alert appropriate personnel to signs of condition changes. Communicate Effectively: Exchange information for quality patient care. Prioritize Tasks: Manage activities based on current care needs. Document Accurately: Maintain documentation with precision and compliance.
