Traveling Teller (20 Hour) - Richfield, Ephraim, Manti, Salina

Overview Retail Support provides traveling teller and banking support to branches in the Richfield, Ephraim, Manti, and Salina area, ensuring seamless operations during absenteeism. The role offers experience in core banking and networking opportunities. Responsibilities Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record. Identify and address clients’ needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, activating ATM cards, conducting money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments. Resolve client problems directly or refer to alternative branch or bank resources. Identify and maximize cross‑sell opportunities by exploring client needs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience. Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products. Solid balancing and customer‑service skills; ability to cross‑sell bank products based on client needs. Experience selling products and services based on customer needs is preferred. Location & Travel Traveling support across the Richfield, Ephraim, Manti, and Salina area. Mileage reimbursements are provided for trips over 25 miles round‑trip from home. Compensation & Benefits Minimum pay is $17 per hour. Competitive compensation and mileage reimbursement for travel.
