As we expand from urgent care into a combined UC/GP model, we are seeking a Medical Director who can provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and medical oversight to help us elevate our foundation and successfully navigate this exciting transition.Experience & Skills RequirementsDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and decision-making skills.Experience in urgent care medicine strongly preferred; comfort working across a broad range of presenting conditions in a fast-paced, walk-in environment.At Thrive Pet Healthcare Urgent Care – Turnersville, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, you will have the support, tools, and resources to elevate your skills. We are open seven days a week, 10:00 am – 10:00 pm, providing extended-hour, walk-in, outpatient care for pets with non-life-threatening conditions that require prompt attention. We are actively expanding our model to incorporate general practice services, creating a unique and exciting opportunity for a Medical Director to help shape what this hospital becomes.We treat our patients as though they were our very own.
