Key Leadership Activities:
- Team Building: Work lock-step with our in-house recruiting team to retain top-tier talent in a dynamic atmosphere.
- Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing guidance and skill development.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Roof It Forward's sales strategy.
- Targeted Canvassing: Identify areas and participate in and coordinate effective daily plans.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and optimize individual, and later, team performance using Salesforce.com data.
- Collaboration: Engage in regular meetings with leadership and cross-departmental teams.
