Client Service Lead

Drive the growth of a leading transportation practice as a Client Service Lead by shaping business strategy, expanding key client relationships, and guiding high‑value pursuits in Washington. This role blends strategic sales leadership, client stewardship, and technical insight to strengthen regional market presence. The job: Drive strategic business development efforts to expand the firms transportation practice, securing high‑value opportunities and strengthening relationships Lead and oversee complex transportation projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and schedule expectations Maintain and grow trusted client relationships while guiding capture strategies, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations Provide technical oversight and uphold engineering standards across multidisciplinary teams Marketing team provides support Compensation: $200,000-$255,000 approximate range.
