You will also be performing the device repairs. Device repairs include but are not limited to: cell phone and tablet screen replacements. Duties including customer check‑ins, device repairs, store operations and housekeeping, device repair status updates, parts and inventory tracking, and client follow‑up/communication. In addition to driving sales and collecting online customer reviews you must be able to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service. As a Cellairis Retail Sales Associate & Technician you may also be required to report to nearby locations therefore you are required to have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation; public transportation will not be sufficient due to the nature of this industry.
