Desktop Support Analyst

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract-to-Hire IT Support Technician in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will provide Level 2 end-user support, handle PC setup and software deployments, and assist with regional Service Desk tickets to keep operations running smoothly. Onsite in Cedar Rapids, you will also coordinate with vendors, maintain hardware inventories, and communicate IT updates to internal customers while contributing to regional projects and service improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
