Responsibilities Listen to our library interviews and develop storylines for short films Produce short‑form video features Oversee pre and post‑production Accurately represent and tell the stories of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, and help to change the narrative surrounding them through shepherding ideas from initial concept through creative development and production.
