Pay Rate: $59.40 - $69.30 Per Hour

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Director of Nursing (DON) for a 9-week assignment in Sistersville, West Virginia . The ideal candidate will provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Direct and oversee daily nursing operations.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and regulatory documentation.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
