Fresh Healthy Cafe Alexandria | 2040 Jamieson Ave
We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Shift Lead to join our vibrant team at Fresh Healthy Cafe Alexandria. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated group of 4–6 employees each shift, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that every guest leaves happy. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 4–6 employees during each shift.
- Oversee daily operations, including food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
- Support staff with training, task assignments, and problem-solving as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service by handling interactions and resolving issues quickly.
- Monitor shift flow to keep operations on track and running efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant or retail experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
