General Overview Dental Hygienist - North Tahoe Dental Beautiful, Modern Practice • Premium Pay • Stable Hours Compensation: $60/hr - $65/hr (based on experience) + lucrative hygiene bonus program Schedule: Flexible 1-4 days per week with growth in the future! - Reviewing and updating X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
- Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
- Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
- Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
- Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
- Educating patients on oral health and the mouth-body connection
- Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Hygienists
- Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach
