Depending on experience eighteen to twenty dollars an hour plus benefits.Position SummaryAs an Automotive Tire Technician for Big O Tires, you will be responsible for servicing and performing maintenance of tires and wheels in an accurate and timely manner. You are honest, have a solid work ethic and high motivation.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMounting and dismounting automotive tiresInstalling new wheelsAttaching and re-balancing wheelsRepairing, rotating, and inflating tiresPerforming oil changes or any type of flushes and maintenanceCalibrating TPMSInventory stockingParticipating in training & follows safety proceduresTesting and installing batteriesQualificationsValid driver's license/ preferredMust be at least 18+ years oldAvailability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as neededReliable transportation to workAbility to learn new concepts and use technical materialsCapability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehiclesWillingness to work with hazardous materials and in outdoor weather conditionsComplies with Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) regulationsAbility to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or driving) for up to nine hours per shiftAbility to move and lift up to 75 poundsAbility to meet company requirements, which will be outlined in interview processWe are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in employment on any basis including race, creed, color, age, sex, religion or national origin.
