Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum one year home health experience
• HCHB documentation experience
• Associates Degree
• PT license

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00-4:30
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Coverage areas include Pickaway, Fairfield, and Ross County for one PT, and Muskingum, Licking, and Fairfield County for another PT
