Credit & Collections Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Credit & Collections Representative for a contract role through January 2027. This role is based in Bolingbrook with a hybrid schedule: remote Monday and Friday and onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Bilingual in Spanish required. Responsibilities Contact customers regarding past-due balances and secure timely payment Respond to customer calls and emails and resolve billing and payment-related issues Review customer orders and take appropriate action to release orders or resolve credit holds Reconcile customer accounts, process adjustments, and provide invoices/statements as needed Document collection activity and elevate high-risk or seriously delinquent accounts Skills Required Bilingual in Spanish required Strong communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Education & Work Experience Associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience 1+ year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, billing, cash application, dispute resolution, or a related customer-facing finance role preferred Credit & Collections Representative (Bilingual Spanish) Bolingbrook, IL Retail $28-34/hr Ref ID 1689539 About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
