Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of two years' recent experience as a CVOR RN
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with CVOR protocols, procedures, and instrumentation
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for cardiovascular surgery
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during complex cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor patient status, react promptly to changes, and document all interventions
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques, patient safety, and infection control
